Pool only certification $290

Before starting your freediving journey, you’ll complete a medical questionnaire, and in some cases, a doctor’s approval may be required. Once cleared, we’ll set you up in the PADI system and send you a link to the online learning portal. Here you’ll complete the Freediver theory, quizzes, and exams at your own pace.

After finishing the online component, you’ll join us for a dry training session where we focus on relaxation, breath-up, breath-hold, and recovery techniques. From there, you’ll progress to two pool sessions, putting your skills into practice and learning essential safety diving procedures.

To complete the pool training, you’ll need to demonstrate:

• A 1:30 static breath-hold
• A 35m underwater swim
• All required safety skills

Courses run with a minimum of two participants, ensuring you have the support and guidance you need every step of the way.
